About The Founder
Trang Nguyen loves food.
So much so, that at one point during business school, she and her then classmate, a former Penn football player, had considered a pound-for-pound eating contest.
It seemed natural then, that after working her way through corporate America, she realized she really wanted to do something entrepreneurial that involved food.
So she teamed up with three star Chef Tim Luym from Poleng Lounge and together they collaborated on a menu that offers deliciously tasty and healthy wholesome food.
As for the winner of the pound-for-pound eating contest? Unfortunately, both business and law school cafeterias did not sell food by the pound, so the contest didn't happen. What a shame... :: Trang earned her MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan; Tim earned his culinary degree from the California Culinary Academy. About The Eatery Modern comfort, warm ambiance, and free wi-fi, the gourmet eatery was designed by the architectural firm of @ Six Architects along with interior design by Ceci Merino.
