) order forms, followed by Urban Picnic phone confirmation. Order is ONLY complete with phone confirmation. Do NOT include credit card information in email or faxed orders. IF NO PHONE CONFIRMATION IS RECEIVED TWO BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO CATERED DELIVERY DATE, THEN ORDER DID NOT GO THROUGH AND WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
DELIVERY ORDERS
- Catering orders due by 1 pm two business days in advance
- $100 minimum order required for delivery
- Please order in advance to secure delivery service. Pck up at Urban Picnic as an alternative.
- $20 delivery fee within zone; additional rates apply for outside zone.
CANCELLATIONS
50% cancellation fee within 48 business hours; 100% cancellation fee within 24 business hours. Must be made by 1 pm.
PAYMENT
- Payment due at time of order.
- All major credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB.
- Corporate checks accepted, but credit card deposit required upon order; inquire for total amount for check payment.
- Itemized receipt included w/ order.
- Signed receipt required upon delivery.
- All platters or bowls are table ready and disposable.
- Compostable and/or recyclable tableware, utensils, and napkins, based on serving sizes ordered and/or # of guests, included upon request. Extra available at additional charge.
- Advance notice always greatly appreciated; last minute in-store menu item orders possible, pending availability and confirmation.
- Last minute orders dependent on Urban Picnic availability and confirmation.
- While every effort will be made to prepare temperature sensitive items to coincide with pick up and/or delivery times, re-heating (i.e. soups and wet noodle bowls) is always recommended for optimal taste.
- All prices exclude taxes. Menu and pricing subject to change without notice.
